NCHRP 20-68, U.S. Domestic Scan Topic Outline

Scan topics are due June 15, 2026 by 11:59:59pm EST. Late submittals will not be accepted.

Eligible submitters are limited to employees of state DOTs, AASHTO staff on behalf of an AASHTO committee or council, and FHWA employees.

Submittals that exceed the scope of a Domestic Scan topic will be rejected.
